The Fleeting Beauty Of Summer

I say fleeting, because my gardens aren't beautiful for long.

Sadly, I am not my mother when it comes to gardening.

Someday.  Maybe.  I hope.

I have a black thumb when it comes to gardening

Well maybe there's hope for me, too, then. I haven't had a garden for two summers now... after having 14 summers of them. Just no time once I went back to work full time. I lose my garden (when I have them) in about mid-July.

Gardening seems to be a work in progress--in more ways than one. I've learned to enjoy it, and enjoy learning more about it but I tend to get off to a good start and then loose steam :(
