I meant to get here with the kids all summer.
We finally made it a couple of weeks before school started.
We picked up Culver's on the way. Then we ate and played at the playground, checked out the nature center, and really, really burned off our lunch by hiking to the waterfall!

Looks like ya had fun. Interstate Park at St Croix Falls has several interesting hiking trails that are not real long. You can do one, and then if you feel up to it, another. There is a nice swimming beach where some of the trails come together. Something to remember for next summer. We had fun there with our gang on Lbr Day wknd Saturday. Looking forward to Sunday! :)

Looks refreshing! The kids look like they're having fun, as usual! Kinnikinnic St. Park has a gorgeous serene beach that is hardly ever used (maybe cause you have to hike to it). We should get together and go sometime next summer.
Nice! I'm looking forward to being in an area that is more hiker/explorer friendly. Then...IF I can just get us there!
