It would be a crime not to share these photos. I almost didn't, because I didn't have them. My Aunt took them on her camera & I forgot to download them. Thank goodness the next time she visited she still had them on her camera.

big carrots! Yes, as kids we ate carrots right out of the garden. though we usually rinsed them off first.
Like Neish said, rinse 'em and eat 'em. They do taste better right from the garden... without the dirt. :)
