not really a recipe. i used 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, about half a can of coconut milk & a splash of vanilla. it made enough for 3 of us.

we're going through that empty belly phase too. we're also doing a lot of smoothies. i add eggs and make it a meal!
I think I'll freeze some berries and order some yogurt and make smoothies! Yay!! Looks so yummy!
