that's great! I'm going to do a rewards chart for Kylie and when she reads what she's suppose to each week, she'll get a little prize. she likes to read but not like Micah! good for him
well, i don't think ayla will like to read the way micah does. it's just the way he's always been. even as a one year old he would just sit & study every picture in his books. he never even ripped any pages. it drives me crazy sometimes, because he is completely deaf to us when he's reading!
Wow - how wonderful that Micah is a reader! And not ripping pages when he was a baby??? WHAT?? I know what you mean about being deaf though...I tend to get that way myself when I'm reading. ;)
jenny ~ we finally started harry potter. he's on the porch reading it right now. i'm sposed to be reading it to him at night, but neither one of us can keep our hands off of it!!
Rebecca likes to read too, but she's pretty picky about the kinds of books. No fantasy...if it can't really happen, she's not interested in reading it. Yay Micah! The library is SO wonderful for people like us who LOVE to read!
Summer vacation + Public library card = Blowing through 8 chapter books per week.

what is he reading these day? i can't get the kids to do much besides read some days either! enjoy!
he likes hank the cow dog, the fudge books, & is just starting to get into the hardy boys. he's MAJORLY engrossed with harry potter right now.
