This kitty is quite needy. Kaia is quite fierce in her need to show love. The other kitty? Not quite so needy. If ever Kaia confuses the two (they are both gray) she soon has scratches to show for her mistake.

She's so cute! We had a kitten for about a day. It was undernourished and tiny. We found it dead the next morning! :( We honestly have no idea why and I felt so horrible about it! I was glad Deysi wasn't there to see it. But Kale saw her daddy throw it into the garbage can and kept saying, "What Daddy do? Kitty in the garbage? Why kitty in the garbage?" It was pretty traumatic, for the adults anyway. No more tiny kittens until the kids are older, for sure!
not funny jessie, but kales reaction made me chuckle. we have had our sad times too ~ mama kitty got hit, but we were thankful we had 2 of her kittens then. we were trying to get rid of all of them, but decided to keep the last 2.
